What You Are Actually Getting Here
Parq Vancouver is a physical casino resort at 39 Smithe St in downtown Vancouver, BC. It is not an online casino and not a digital sign-up bonus. The on-site hotels - JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and The DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection - are fully integrated with the Marriott booking platform, and that is where promo codes sit.
So when someone looks up a Parq Vancouver special promo code, in practice they are searching for a Marriott hotel rate that includes casino credits or extra perks with the stay. No online deposit bonus, no free spins in an app, no remote account to fund. The gaming credit is applied when you arrive and only used on the casino floor.
This difference matters. A lot of third-party coupon websites publish “Parq promo codes” that are long expired, copied from old campaigns or not related to how the resort actually handles offers today.
Active Codes and What They Cover
Parq runs limited-time campaign codes instead of one permanent discount that works for everything. Each code is attached to a particular promotion, guest group, or booking path. Below is a snapshot of confirmed codes taken from official Parq communications:
| Promo Code | Offer Type | How to Apply |
|---|---|---|
| ZJL | Stay and Play Package - $20 Parq Casino credit per night | Enter in Corporate/Promotional code box at Marriott.com or call 1-800-228-9290 |
| KPK | Encore Rewards Rate at associated hotels | Enter at Marriott.com under Parq Casino offers |
| GGK | Girlfriends Getaway Package - spa credit, bubbly, late checkout | Enter in Corporate/Promotional code box or call 1-800-228-9290 and request GGK |
| U8K | Vancouver Canucks season ticket holder discounted stay-and-play | Enter under Special Rates at JW Marriott or The DOUGLAS; show credentials at check-in |
| DB25 | Double Marriott Bonvoy points on meetings or room blocks | Enter during group/event booking at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver |
Code ZJL was valid up to January 2025, so by the time you read this, some of these offers might have changed or rolled over into new names. Before locking in any reservation, it is smart to check parqcasino.com/offers-promotions to see the latest details for yourself.
There is one simple habit that helps with any promo code, including Parq: when there is doubt about whether a rate is still running, call the reservations number. It usually takes a couple of minutes and saves you from booking under the wrong terms.
Applying the Code - The Actual Steps
All promo code bookings run through Marriott.com, since both hotels are part of the Marriott portfolio. Once you know which code applies to you, the process is straightforward, just a bit hidden at first glance.
You start on Marriott.com and search for either JW Marriott Parq Vancouver or The DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection. Choose the dates you want to stay, with your check-in and checkout nights set.
On that same search panel, there is a section for “Special Rates” or a dedicated “Corporate/Promotional Code” field. This is where the Parq Vancouver special promo code is entered. For example, ZJL is the Stay and Play package, KPK is used for the Encore Rewards rate, and other codes go in the exact same box.
After adding the code, you run the search again. The system will show you rooms that actually qualify for that offer. Look for the rate description that mentions the specific package or discount. If you are using ZJL, you should see the Stay and Play wording, including the $20 casino credit per night.
Once you spot the correct rate, choose the room type and move through to the reservation page. Check the fine print before you pay, so you are sure the casino credit or package inclusions are listed correctly, then add your payment information to complete the booking.
Keep the confirmation number handy. For some codes you also need proof of eligibility at check-in. With U8K, for example, Canucks season ticket holder credentials must be shown at the desk so the discounted stay-and-play rate can be honored.
If the rate does not come up at all, or the price looks like a standard room only, you have a fallback. Call 1-800-228-9290. The Marriott reservations team can see live inventory and attach the Parq code manually to your booking. That phone line is the official safety net for every Parq hotel package code and, in honest terms, can be quicker than trying to chase down the right page on the website.
Encore Rewards - What It Is and Why It Matters
Encore Rewards is the loyalty program for Parq Casino. Think of it as the card that connects your play on the gaming floor with extra benefits around the property. Membership opens access to reduced rates and occasional free-play credits that you can use on slots or tables, depending on the offer.
For the hotels, the main benefit is a weekday discount. With the Encore Rewards rate you can get 20% off weekday night stays at both JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and The DOUGLAS. To trigger that rate online you either book through the Encore Rewards channel or plug in the KPK code when you search rooms on Marriott.com.
At certain times, there has also been a $10 free play credit available for Encore Rewards members. That credit appears during specific promotions, such as anniversary periods or focused campaigns. It is important to know that free play is usable on Parq Casino gaming only; it does not offset your room bill or dining charges.
There is some overlap with the Stay and Play package too. The table below sums up how these different Encore-related benefits are structured:
| Encore Rewards Benefit | Condition |
|---|---|
| 20% off weekday hotel rate | Book via Encore Rewards rate or use code KPK at Marriott.com |
| $10 free play credit | Available during specific anniversary or promotional windows |
| Stay and Play casino credit ($20/night) | Book Stay and Play Package using code ZJL |
Registration for Encore Rewards is effectively your entry ticket to the member rates. If you know you will be staying at Parq and you are not yet a member, it is worth getting that step done first so KPK and related perks are actually usable for you.
